Activity led by mountain guides.
Learn the belaying and progression techniques. Equipment provided. Bring appropriate shoes.

Climbing provides unforgettable sensations and emotions. Climbing can be practised by everyone (from 5-6 years old) and allows you to learn self-control and trust in others. A high mountain guide will supervise you and teach you the basic techniques: roping up, belaying your companion, climbing, positioning yourself...
The different sites of Chamrousse offer several climbing schools to discover during the day.

- Know how to be concentrated and rigorous
- Work on autonomy and group life
- Concentration and balance
- Work on self-confidence and trust in others

Programme available at the "Bureau des guides" office: 480 Avenue du Père Tasse, 38410 Chamrousse (at the end of the shopping center).

Opening periodFrom 23/06 to 02/09, every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Monday and Thursday at 2pm (children from 7 to 16 years old).
Tuesday at 5pm (adults).
